Buying Tickets

Telephone inquiries about events are welcome on 4927 4111 but we cannot hold tickets without payment.

Tickets are sold subject to the conditions in the Australian Entertainment Industry Association Code of Practice. Download a copy of the code (172kb pdf).

Privacy statement: When you buy a ticket, your details will be held on the Rockhampton Venues and Events database ONLY for the purposes of informing you about events, products or services associated with this organisation.

Payment for tickets can be made in the following ways:

On line. Look for the "Buy Tickets" logo in the What's On listings and proceed from there!

At the Box Office. Most people buy tickets for events from the Pilbeam Theatre Box Office, Victoria Parade, Open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 12 noon on Saturdays, and for 90 minutes before performances. We accept cash and Mastercard and Visa and debit cards (EFTPOS).

Dial 'n' Charge. Mastercard or Visa card holders can pay for tickets by using our dial 'n' charge number, (4927 4111). You then pick up the tickets from the Box Office any time before the show. General Information

Pre-Theatre Dining: Da Berto's Italian Restaurant, situated in the Pilbeam Theatre building, is open for lunch and dinner or just a cup of coffee and a delicious snack. Reservations are appreciated on 4922 3060.

Friends of the Theatre: Unlimited seats are available for Friends of the Theatre in exchange for performance Work Vouchers on events bearing the Friends of the Theatre logo in this Spotlight. For other events, voucher seats are limited to a total of six seats per performance. Further details as well as membership forms re available from the Box Office. Venues and Parking: The Pilbeam Theatre is situated on Victoria Parade. An off-street carpark is available. The Music Bowl is situated on the Bruce Highway, opposite the residential college of the Central Queensland University. A large car park is available.

General Information Programs start promptly at the advertised start time and latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Disabled Access: Wheelchair access to the Pilbeam Theatre is via the Cambridge Street side entrance and there are two disabled parking spaces near this door.There are several designated wheelchair seating areas in the Pilbeam Theatre but please let us know as soon as possible on 4927 4111 if you will be needing to use any of these spaces.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any part of the Pilbeam Theatre or other council venues, and not within 4 metres of any entrance to the building.

General Information: The use of cameras and recording devices is illegal and penalties for infringement of copyright in this way are severe.
